Rooms are all different, as you would expect but they are ALL impeccably clean, looks like everything is newly done. I actually stayed in 2 different rooms because I loved my time at this hotel so much, I extended my stay by a week! I stayed on top (4th floor). I found it to be quiet. There is a small elevator and welcome when you show up tired from travel. The location of the hotel is steps away from the beautiful and most popular park in Amsterdam, Vondelpark. And it's a 5-minute walk to Tram 2 or 10-minute walk to Tram 1. Easily walkable to Leidsplein through Vondelpark, about 20-25 minutes but Tram 1 and Tram 2 both stop at Leidsplein. Rooms don't have a fridge or coffee maker but that's fine because they offer free coffee and tea all day! For the price, this seems impossible but it's true. This keeps the rooms looking like that streamlined Dutch design. Breakfast is all you need. Yogurts, bread, croissants, cheese, boiled eggs. Other things as well. Ample to get the day started. I really can't say enough positive things about the staff. Professional, friendly and ready to help when needed. Because I stayed for a couple of weeks, I could really observe the outstanding service provided by staff at all levels. This includes Huan (sp) and Mayerlin who keep the rooms clean and take great pride in their work. Kudos to the Manager, Ana, with her personal approach to making sure you have everything you need. She and her team, Matthew and Anastasia; easy to have conversations with and highly approachable. Matthew went out of his way several times to give me directions and tips on getting around. I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped keep operations running smoothly in the morning at breakfast. She was lovely, always said good morning when you walked into the breakfast room. She has red hair! Please tell her thank you for me.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was situated in a serene and peaceful neighbourhood, which had a very sophisticated and upscale vibe. What's more, getting to the hotel from Amsterdam central station was a breeze. All I had to do was hop on the number 2 tram just outside the station and ride seven stops. Once I arrived, I found that the hotel was just a short walk away. The hotel's housekeeping was nothing short of exceptional. I stayed there for two nights, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was cleaned to perfection each morning. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work and paid close attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful touch. I was spoilt for choice with the variety of options available, including boiled eggs, toast, brown and white rolls, cheeses, pork slices, apple and orange juice, teas, coffee, and hot chocolate. I even took advantage of the option to pack a lunch every morning, which included a couple of rolls, cheese, ham, and an egg. Overall, my experience at the hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

This hotel was the perfect spot to stay, it is about a 45 minute walk through Vondelpark to get to the centre of town... and if you don't fancy a walk you can take the tram which we used as well. Location wise, it is a beautifully quiet spot away from the city centre. It is a really nice place to come back to after a busy day out exploring! The breakfast was a good price and there was plenty of fresh fruit, toast, croissants, rolls, ham, cheese, spreads, juice etc to fill you up before starting your day. We found it cheaper to eat breakfast here than venturing out and finding someplace else! Good air conditioning too! The staff were lovely as well and we did feel safe returning back each night, the surrounding area was really good. I believe it was great value for our money! Thank you guys!

The hotel was small but great. Be warned the rooms are very tight but beautifully done. Breakfast was good although around the corner is an amazing place for Brunch, Dignita. The neighbourhood is very local and the hotel is off on a quiet side street. In less than 2 minutes walk you have the Main Street with plenty of dining options, shopping and a supermarket. The tram was easy to get and a quick trip into the city centre. The ideal location for the Marathon. They even had breakfast available 30 minutes earlier to accommodate.

Rooms were clean and very modern. Bed was very comfortable and the shower had a good pressure and could reach warmer temperatures which was nice. Location was amazing! A beautiful area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. A little away from the city but a very nice and pleasant walk, alternatively you could use the trams which is also very convenient. Smaller sized rooms, the bed took up the entire room, however, it was very comfortable and had enough space to place 2 big bags and to walk around the room
